User Agreement


Welcome to use PT INTERKONEKSI INDO TEKNOLOGI(IIT for short) products and services!

Note: Before using IIT services, you should carefully read and comply with the "IIT Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please be sure to carefully read and fully understand the content of each clause, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Clauses that exempt or limit liability will be displayed in bold font, and you should read them carefully.

When you agree to this Agreement and complete account registration or IIT enterprise organization creation, or when you actually use this service in a manner permitted by IIT, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement. This Agreement will have legal binding force, and at that time, you should not claim that this Agreement is invalid or request to revoke this Agreement on the grounds that you have not read the contents of this Agreement or have not obtained answers to your inquiries from IIT.


I. Definition Clauses

1. IIT enterprise organization users refer to users who, authorized by the enterprise organization, create IIT accounts and enterprise organizational structures, invite organization members to register IIT accounts as enterprise organization end users or configure enterprise accounts for end users, and after completing the creation of IIT enterprise organizations, configure, open, manage and use IIT office applications for online communication and collaboration as authorized by the enterprise organization administrator.

2. IIT enterprise organization certification service refers to the service where IIT enterprise organization users who meet certain conditions submit relevant materials and information to apply for IIT enterprise organization certification. IIT, based on the type of enterprise organization applied for and the materials and information submitted by the applicant, will conduct the audit itself or entrust a third-party audit institution to conduct the audit, and determine the certification result and certification information of the enterprise organization according to the audit situation.

3. IIT certified enterprise organization users refer to IIT enterprise organization users who have passed the authentication and verification of the materials and information submitted by the enterprise organization users and their administrators or legal representatives by IIT itself or by entrusting a third-party audit institution, and who comply with IIT certification audit process. For enterprise organizations that have completed IIT certification, IIT will determine the user's certified account name based on the qualification materials submitted by the user, clarify the subject identity, and open related services. To avoid doubt, IIT has the right to require annual certification or proactively request re-certification for certified enterprise organizations. When the certification information of certified enterprise organization users changes, they should apply to IIT for certification change.

4. IIT enterprise organization administrator refers to enterprise organization members authorized or designated by IIT enterprise organization users, who have IIT enterprise organization user management permissions. Management permissions include but are not limited to managing enterprise organization address books and organization members, setting sub-administrators, representing enterprise organizations to open and manage third-party applications, confirming and signing corresponding IIT online agreements, canceling enterprise organizations, etc. Enterprise organization administrator is referred to as "administrator" for short.

5. Enterprise organization end users refer to individual users who are created by administrators and personally agree to join the IIT enterprise organization, referred to as "end users" for short.

6. Enterprise organization-controlled data refers to information and data related to enterprise users submitted or generated by enterprise organization users and end users during the use of IIT services, including information submitted by enterprise users and their administrators or required to be provided by end users, information allocated by enterprise users to end users, and information submitted by end users to enterprise users to meet work requirements and satisfy daily enterprise management needs. For specific provisions regarding enterprise organization-controlled data, please refer to the relevant statements in the "IIT Privacy Policy".


II. Contracting Parties

1. This agreement is jointly concluded in Indonesia between enterprise organization users (including administrators and end users) and IIT service providers regarding users' use of this software and related IIT services.

2. IIT enterprise organization users and their administrators and end users are collectively referred to as "users" or "you".

3. IIT service providers include IIT and other related companies that provide IIT services, including cloud computing and storage service providers. The above IIT service providers are collectively referred to as "IIT" or "we".


III. Agreement Content and Effectiveness

1. The content of this agreement includes the text of this agreement and various policies, rules, statements, notices, and reminders that have been issued or may be issued in the future (hereinafter referred to as "rules").

2. IIT has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and related rules from time to time as needed. The changed agreement and rules will be notified through message push, email, SMS, and other forms, or announced on the IIT official website seven (7) days in advance, and will take effect immediately after completion, replacing the original agreement and rules. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using IIT services; if you continue to use IIT services, it means that you have accepted the revised agreement and rules.


IV. Service Content

(I) IIT Service Content

1. IIT services include SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, IIT official website, and services that integrate part of IIT functions/services as third-party services into other software and hardware, collectively referred to as "IIT services", subject to the specific service implementation form.

2. This agreement does not apply to services provided to you by third parties through IIT, such as some third-party applications integrated into IIT.

3. The service in this agreement includes the Web version currently provided by IIT and other version forms that may be launched in the future. Users can choose to install software versions that match their terminal devices. IIT will continuously update application versions. If a user has registered and used one version of the service, they can use other versions of the service with the same account, and this agreement automatically applies to all versions of software and services used by the user.

4. You agree that IIT can send and display information (including commercial and non-commercial information) to you through various methods such as message notifications, SMS, and push notifications, either by itself or through third parties. The specific forms and frequency of sending will be based on IIT's actual provision.

(II) IIT Service Forms

IIT services include digital online customer service and information push services for IIT enterprise organization users.

1. IIT Enterprise Organization Services

(1) IIT enterprise organization services refer to services where administrators, on behalf of IIT enterprise organization users, create IIT enterprise organizational structures, invite organization members to become IIT end users, and configure, open, manage, and use IIT applications by administrators. IIT enterprise organization services include but are not limited to the following:

• IIT online standard services, such as creating and managing address books, online customer service replies, and other cross-enterprise organization communication and collaboration services.

• IIT workbench services, which provide services in the form of enterprise organization configuration, data viewing, opening third-party application authorization, etc., through the IIT workbench.

• IIT open platform services, which provide IIT open platform data interfaces (APIs), development tools, development documents, and sample codes for enterprise organization users to build their own applications or commission third-party service providers to develop custom applications (including mini-applications and mini-programs, collectively referred to as "enterprise self-built applications").

• IIT paid value-added services, referring to services such as message pushing, email, SMS, phone calls, etc., which are paid and recharged by enterprise organizations and consumed by end users within the enterprise recharge package.

(2) Enterprise organization users and administrators understand and agree that before managing enterprise organization members, they should explain to enterprise organization end users the relevant IIT services opened based on enterprise management, office operation, and information security control needs, to facilitate members' full understanding.

(3) Enterprise organization users, administrators, and end users understand and agree:

When end users use IIT services for online office work, communication, and collaboration, administrators have the right to manage your rights and interests related to your identity as an enterprise organization member based on enterprise human resource management, enterprise office operation, and information security control needs. When complying with this agreement and relevant IIT service specifications, you should use IIT services according to the enterprise organization's content publishing specifications, information security specifications, etc., subject to actual services.

Enterprise organization users authorize the use of third-party application services, and third-party application service providers bear full responsibility. Enterprise organization users need to bear the costs of third-party paid application services that may be involved.

The settings and operations performed by administrators represent the actions of enterprise organization users. If enterprise organization users have any objections, please manage and resolve the authorization of relevant administrators or configure corresponding permissions by themselves, or contact IIT in time to cooperate with administrator reset. Unless otherwise provided by law, IIT does not assume any responsibility to enterprise organization users for the authorization actions between enterprise organization users and administrators or the settings and operations of administrators.

(III) Entrusted Data Processing Services

1. Enterprise-controlled data entrusted processing

Regarding the opening and use of related IIT services by enterprise organization users and administrators, IIT will process enterprise organization-controlled data submitted or generated by end users in the process of using related IIT functions/applications according to the behaviors and instructions of administrators, including text, images, videos, audio, photos, etc.

2. End user personal information entrusted processing

Regarding the personal information of end users involved in enterprise organization-controlled data, enterprise organization users and their administrators understand and agree:

(1) Entrusted processing. For personal information of end users published and transmitted by end users during the use of enterprise organization services, enterprise organization users have the right to process end users' personal information as personal information processors based on the necessity of establishing and performing contracts with end users, or based on the necessity of implementing human resource management in accordance with legally formulated labor rules and regulations and labor contracts legally signed with end users, and entrust IIT to process end users' personal information based on reasonable necessity.

(2) Limitations on end user information processing. IIT will only collect, store, process, and transmit enterprise organization-controlled data in ways that realize the purpose of processing online customer service issues for enterprise organizations, during the existence period of IIT enterprise organizations, based on the realization method of IIT services. Without the consent of administrators, IIT will not share enterprise organization-controlled data.

(3) To avoid doubt, in the use of other third-party application services, enterprise organization users and their administrators are the processors of end users' personal information. IIT provides platform technical services for enterprise organization users and third-party service providers. IIT does not assume joint liability for third-party application service providers processing end user information.


V. IIT Software License Use

1. Authorized use. IIT, in accordance with this agreement, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use IIT services. Any copies or backup copies you make of this product in any way must contain all copyright information contained in the original software.

2. Authorized use restrictions. Your use of IIT services under this agreement is limited to your enterprise's purpose of processing customer service issues. You promise not to copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or use any part of this service or the use or acquisition of this service for purposes including but not limited to advertising and any other commercial purposes.

3. Rights reserved. All other rights not expressly authorized by this clause and other clauses of this agreement are still reserved by IIT company. You must obtain separate written permission from IIT company when exercising these rights. If IIT company does not exercise any of the aforementioned rights, it does not constitute a waiver of that right.


VI. Software Updates

1. In order to improve user experience and perfect service content and form, IIT will continuously strive to develop new services and provide software updates for users from time to time, which may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.

2. In order to ensure the security and functional consistency of this software and service, IIT has the right to update the software or change or restrict part of the software's functions and effects without special notice to users. Please download the latest version in time.

3. Users understand and agree that IIT may notify users of software update situations through announcements, update logs, and other methods through the IIT official website and IIT page, without the need for special notice to users.


VII. IIT Service Usage Regulations

You promise not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following behaviors:

(I) Content Publishing Regulations

As an IIT user and content producer, you are prohibited from using IIT services to produce, copy, or publish illegal information and external links containing the following content:

1. Opposing the basic principles determined by the constitution of Indonesia and the regions covered by your enterprise's business;

2. Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, undermining national unity, or harming national interests;

3. Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting terrorist activities or extremist activities;

4. Inciting ethnic hatred, racial discrimination, gender opposition, or gender discrimination;

5. Spreading rumors, disrupting economic order and social order;

6. Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;

7. Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;

8. Publishing or trading personal privacy information of unrelated third parties without legal authorization;

9. Other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(II) Software Usage Regulations

You promise not to engage in the following behaviors regarding this software and service:

1. Uploading, posting, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any software viruses or other computer codes, files, and programs that interfere with, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communication equipment;

2. Interfering with or disrupting this service or servers and networks connected to this service, or violating any regulations, procedures, policies, or specifications regarding the networks connected to this service;

3. Increasing, deleting, or changing the functions or operating effects of the software by modifying or forging instructions or data during software operation, or operating or disseminating to the public software or methods used for the above purposes, regardless of whether these actions are for commercial purposes;

4. Logging in or using software and services through third-party software, plugins, add-ons, or systems not developed or authorized by IIT company, or producing, publishing, or disseminating such tools;

5. Interfering with this software and its components, modules, data, etc., by yourself, authorizing others, or using third-party software.

(III) Behavioral Regulations

Unless permitted by law or with written permission from IIT, you must not engage in the following behaviors during the use of this service:

1. Submitting or publishing false information, or impersonating or using others' names;

2. Fabricating facts or concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;

3. Infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc.;

4. Using IIT accounts or this software and service to engage in any illegal criminal activities;

5. Producing or publishing methods or tools related to the above behaviors, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, regardless of whether these behaviors are for commercial purposes;

6. Engaging in behaviors that violate laws and regulations, infringe upon other users' legitimate rights and interests, interfere with normal product operation, or are not explicitly authorized by IIT.


(IV) Responsibility for One's Own Behavior

1. You fully understand and agree that IIT users using IIT services should be responsible for all their own behaviors, including any content published by users, behaviors implemented using IIT, and any consequences arising therefrom.

2. You should make your own judgment about the content in this service, including the risk of illegal or improper behavior and false content from others. You should make your own judgment and bear all risks arising therefrom, including risks arising from reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or practicality of the content. IIT cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned risks.


VIII. IIT Handling Regulations

1. You agree and accept that IIT company has the right to monitor your use of the service and take corresponding actions in accordance with the law and this agreement, including but not limited to deleting information, suspending or terminating services, and reporting to regulatory authorities.

2. If you violate laws and regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, or violate this agreement and related rules, IIT company has the right to verify, transfer notices, delete, block relevant reported content, and take measures such as reclaiming accounts, restricting or terminating the use of part or all of the services in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and to publicize and report to regulatory authorities.

3. If you use paid services provided by IIT, IIT company has the right to suspend/terminate the provision of corresponding services without bearing breach of contract liability before you correct your violation behavior.

4. If adverse consequences such as third-party litigation, complaints, claims, or penalties against IIT company are caused by content published or actions taken by your side, your side should bear full responsibility and indemnify IIT from damages, and should also compensate for losses caused to IIT.

IX. Service Fees

1. Any free trial, free functions and services of this service should not be regarded as IIT company waiving the right to charge subsequently. IIT company has the right to notify you of charging standards and methods 7 days in advance in the form of announcements on the IIT official website or within specific IIT service applications. If you continue to use relevant IIT services, you need to pay corresponding fees according to the charging standards published by IIT company.

2. IIT has the right to unilaterally adjust fee standards and charging methods 7 days in advance according to actual situations, and notify you in the form of announcements, without the need to obtain your prior consent.

3. You should pay for internet fees, data fees, and other communication fees and information fees charged by third parties that may be incurred when using this service.


X. Third-Party Services

1. IIT allows you to access third-party applications within this service through authorization to facilitate your work needs. You are aware that relevant third-party applications may incur additional fees, and agree to bear and pay related fees.

2. You understand and agree that, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated by law (such as when we make adjustments to IIT services and third-party services that affect third-party application services), IIT company does not assume corresponding responsibility for third-party services.

3. When you use third-party applications or services, IIT may call third-party systems or support your use or access through third parties, and the results of use or access are provided by that third party.

4. You understand and agree that when using third-party applications and services in IIT services, in addition to complying with the provisions of this agreement, you should also comply with third-party user agreements; to realize third-party applications and services, enterprise service administrators enable third-party services based on enterprise organization authorization. Before choosing to use third-party services, you should fully understand the product functions, service agreements, and privacy protection policies of third-party services, and then choose whether to enable functions and comply with third-party user agreements.


XI. Service Suspension or Termination

1. Given the special nature of internet services, IIT company has the right to change the content of services, and may also suspend or terminate all or part of the services (including free services or paid services), and notify you in the form of public announcements on the IIT official website or through official external channels.

2. You understand and agree that IIT company may regularly or irregularly maintain or inspect the platform equipment, facilities, and software and hardware that provide network services. If such situations cause paid services to be suspended for a reasonable time, IIT company does not need to bear responsibility after prior notification.

3. If any of the following breach of contract situations exists, IIT company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to you and request you to compensate for losses:

(1) Users violate Article VII of this agreement;

(2) Users fail to pay corresponding service fees as stipulated;

(3) Users violate the obligations stipulated in Article VIII IIT Service Usage Regulations of this agreement.


XII. Privacy Policy

1. IIT company strives to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and management security measures to protect your information, so that the information and communication content you store in IIT will not be leaked, damaged, or lost. We also adopt strict management for employees or outsourced personnel who may come into contact with information. IIT will provide corresponding security measures according to existing technology to protect your information and provide reasonable security guarantees. IIT will try to ensure that your information is not leaked, damaged, or lost at any time, but at the same time, please note that there are no absolutely perfect security measures on the information network, please properly keep relevant information.

2. You should keep the equipment, account, and password used for IIT safe, and properly store relevant information and content. You shall bear the responsibility for data loss or theft due to your own reasons, as well as the deletion or storage failure of relevant data in this software and service.

3. For specific privacy terms, see the "IIT Privacy Policy".


XIII. Intellectual Property Rights

1. You fully understand and agree that, unless otherwise stated by IIT company, all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, etc.) and related rights of all products, technologies, software, programs, data and other information (including but not limited to text, images, pictures, photos, audio, video, charts, colors, page designs, electronic documents) contained in the services under this agreement belong to IIT company or its affiliated companies.

2. You should guarantee that, unless authorized in writing by IIT company, you must not (and must not allow any third party to) implement behaviors including but not limited to renting, lending, selling, copying, modifying, reprinting, compiling, publishing, reverse assembling, reverse compiling or discovering source code in other ways for the above rights.

3. The IIT Logo, "IIT", and other text, graphics and their combinations, as well as other IIT identifications and names, are owned by IIT company and its affiliated companies. Without written authorization from IIT company, no one may display, use or perform other processing (including but not limited to copying, spreading, displaying, uploading, downloading) in any way, nor indicate to others that you have the right to display, use or do other processing.

4. The intellectual property rights of all products, services, technologies, programs and their components/names (hereinafter referred to as "technical services") of IIT belong to IIT company or their rights holders.

5. You understand and agree to authorize IIT company to use your name, trademark, and logo in publicity and promotion, but only to indicate that you are one of our customers or partners.


XIV. Limited Liability

1. Services will be provided "as is" and "as available". IIT makes no commitments or guarantees regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, reliability, stability, integrity, and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the services.

2. Under no circumstances will IIT be responsible for consequences such as inability to provide services or delayed services, data loss, system failures, etc., caused by network connection failures, equipment failures, communication system failures, power failures, hacker attacks or network attacks, strikes, riots, fires, natural disasters, wars, government actions, orders from international or domestic courts, or third-party inactions.

3. Whether foreseeable or not, regardless of the form of action, IIT is not responsible for indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of profits or interest, business interruption).

4. You fully understand and agree that due to the special nature of the internet, the information and personal data you share in the service may be copied, reprinted or used for other purposes by others; you are fully aware of the existence of such risks, and confirm that such risks should be entirely borne by you, and IIT does not bear any responsibility for this.


XV. Breach of Contract Liability and Compensation

1. If we discover or receive reports from others that you have violated the provisions of this agreement, IIT company has the right to delete, block relevant content without notice at any time, and take measures including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating your use of IIT accounts and services, restricting, suspending, or terminating your use of part or all of this service, and pursuing legal liability.

2. You agree that due to information uploaded, transmitted or shared by you through the service, use of other functions of this service, violation of this agreement, or your infringement of any rights of others, any third party makes any claims or requests to IIT company and its affiliated companies, or IIT company and its affiliated companies incur any losses as a result, you agree to make full compensation (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees).


XVI. Effective Notice

1. Any notice sent by IIT company to you can be sent by email, webpage announcement, personal reminder, mobile phone SMS or mail, etc., and such notice shall be deemed to have been delivered to or effective for users within 7 days from the date of sending.

2. You agree that any notice you send to IIT should be sent to the online or offline contact methods, communication addresses, emails, and other contact information officially announced by IIT company, or use other notification methods recognized by IIT company for delivery.


XVII. Dispute Resolution and Others

1. The interpretation and application of this agreement, as well as disputes related to this agreement, shall be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of Indonesia, excluding the application of any conflict of laws, and shall be under the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction where this agreement is signed.

2. If any provision of this agreement is viewed as invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall still have legal effect.

3. When IIT company waives the rights stipulated in this agreement for users' negligence or breach of contract, it shall not be regarded as waiving rights for other or subsequent similar negligence or breach of contract behaviors of users.

4. This agreement shall supersede all oral and written agreements, arrangements, understandings and communications reached by both parties on any matters of this agreement before.

5. You understand and agree that IIT company has the right to independently decide on business strategies and transfer all rights and obligations under this agreement to its affiliated companies according to business adjustment situations. The transfer will be notified in the manner stipulated in this agreement.
